Nirvana would like to remind all of its customers of our repair policy. Nirvana will not accept responsibility for the cost of repairing goods that have been worked on outside our shop or for damage that occurs after the sales. Warranty is void on invisibles-set merchandise that has been worked on outside our shop. Nirvana will only accept responsibility for the cost of repairing items that have manufacturing defects and are returned within six months of sales .The customer will be charged for repairs that are not covered under this policy. Repairs also require advanced authorization.

Most repairs can be expedited within 7-10 working days from receipt .New sales that require sizing or new heads installed can be done quicker. We can provide estimates when requested before any work is done and contact you for approval.

When returning the items(s) for repairs, please include ALL of the following information:

•  Return authorization number, indicated on return carton, packing slip, and any related correspondence.
•  Your store and location
•  Contact personnel in case of questions.
•  Nirvana SKU number on all items and job envelops
•  Indicate preferred method of shipping and insurance value for return of the item(s)
